YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice.

Last updated: 03 October 2026

About your Information & Privacy: This notice explains how Sisu DTH (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit our website or send us a project enquiry. We aim to collect only information we need and to handle it responsibly.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Sisu DTH is a London-based freelance digital development business operated by Petros Habtegiorgis as a sole trader. Petros Habtegiorgis, trading as Sisu DTH, is the data controller. We provide website development, software development, system integration, SEO and related technical services. For privacy questions or requests about your information, email sisudth@gmail.com.

Business details: Sisu DTH is the trading name of Petros Habtegiorgis, a sole trader. Business address: 165 Chevening Road, London, NW6 6DT, United Kingdom. Email: sisudth@gmail.com.

2. What information we collect

If you use our project enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, approximate budget and any project details you choose to include. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may also receive the information you send in that conversation.

Our hosting provider and website infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, and server logs, for security and operation. The precise information depends on the hosting and services configured.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

3. How we use information and our lawful basis

We currently use enquiry details to respond to requests, prepare quotations and provide agreed services. We do not use website enquiry submissions to send promotional email newsletters or unrelated marketing. If we introduce marketing communications later, we will update this notice and provide any required opt-in or other lawful basis.

4. Enquiry form provider and other recipients

The website enquiry form is configured to use FormSubmit to deliver submissions to sisudth@gmail.com. When you submit the form, the information you enter is transmitted to that provider so it can process and deliver the enquiry. FormSubmit processes submissions to deliver them to us and states that it retains form submissions for up to 30 days in its archive; copies delivered to our email inbox are kept separately under our retention practices. See the provider’s privacy information. Provider data handling and international-transfer arrangements must be verified before launch.

If you choose our separate Microsoft project form, Microsoft Forms processes the information you enter and makes the responses available to the form owner. The same enquiry and retention purposes apply. We may also share relevant information with hosting, email, IT or professional service providers where needed to operate the business, respond to you, deliver a project or meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we should ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place. The transfer locations and safeguards of the providers used must be verified before launch.

6. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or current client relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We aim to review unsuccessful enquiries after 12 months of inactivity and delete or anonymise them when no longer needed. Project, contractual and financial records may need to be retained longer to meet legal obligations or legitimate business record-keeping needs. We will review our retention practices and delete information securely when it is no longer required.

7. Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you the right to request access to your personal information, correct it, ask for deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, or receive information in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. These rights are not absolute and exceptions may apply.

To make a request, email sisudth@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). See the ICO complaint guidance.

8. Cookies and analytics

This website may use essential hosting or security technologies. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are added, we will update this notice and implement any consent controls required before those technologies are used. Check your live website and hosting settings to confirm what is actually active.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Access to enquiries should be limited to people who need them, and account passwords should never be shared through the form.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
